Light-Curable Adhesives and Gaskets for Speaker Assembly
Dymax acrylated urethane adhesives and gaskets cure in seconds using light-cure technology for optimal performance in speaker applications including bonding, sealing, and gasketing. Adhesives exceed assembly, technical performance, and environmental requirements for speaker assembly.
Dymax products cure with an activator or upon exposure to UV/Visible light. Materials have no solvents added and do not emit HAPS or VOCs upon cure.

Rapid bonding and sealing of liquid crystal polymer (LCP) and other speaker substrates including PAR, PEN, and voice coils. This adhesive cures upon exposure to UV/Visible light and is environmentally resistant with good ionic and electrical properties.
GA-103
Form-in-place gasket sealant has excellent moisture- and chemical resistance for high-temperature sealing applications and underwater enclosures that require a low compression set. This silicone-free gasket has a self-leveling viscosity and cures with UV/Visible light in seconds.
GA-120
Self-leveling FIP gasket with good deflection is formulated for applications such as speaker assembly and automotive enclosures, which require a soft, tacky, flexible gasket.
