Light Shields for UV Curing Systems

Dymax light shields are designed to protect operators from ultraviolet and visible light while allowing clear visibility of curing parts. Light Shields are part of the flood lamp light-curing system and offer 360° of protection so the operator can safely observe objects in the curing process.

There are two types of shutters, manual and electric, and various flood lamp models that can be integrated into the system to optimize your application and provide higher throughput at the best curing quality. 

Manual

Simple and cost-effective three-sided light shields can be placed manually placed and removed from light-cure system. 

Electric 

Dymax electric light shields feature front-loading doors that swing up and down on dual supporting hinges. The doors have an interlock switch that can be installed when being used with an electric ZIP™ shutter and power supply to prevent the shutter from being open when the light shield door is open. The included fireproof tray slides along the adjustable height rails and can be removed and replaced with ease.
