MD® 203A-CTH-F-VT catheter adhesive cures in seconds upon exposure to UV/Visible light. This product is a Multi-Cure® material formulated to also cure with heat in applications where shadow areas exist. The impact-resistant product is designed for rapid bonding of metals typically used in the manufacture of catheters and guidewires. The product fluoresces blue for easy in-line inspection of the bond line under low-intensity black light (365 nm). Bondable substrates include stainless steel, aluminum, nitinol, PA, PU, and ABS, as well as glass.
