1181-M medical device coating is a high-performance LED-curable coating for the assembly of medical electronics. The product cures in seconds upon exposure to UV/Visible light. 1181-M even cures through UV-blocked plastics.
For easy visual or automated inspection of the bond line, the material also fluoresces blue under low-intensity black light (365 nm). The product is ideal for assembling reservoirs and transducers and features an excellent depth of cure for potting. Bondable substrates include a variety of plastics including PC, CAP, ABS, as well as stainless steel.
Dymax MD® Medical Device adhesives have no solvents added and cure upon exposure to light. Their ability to cure in seconds enables faster processing, greater output, and lower processing costs. When cured with Dymax light-curing spot lamps, focused beam lamps, flood lamps, or conveyor systems they deliver optimum speed and performance for medical device assembly. Dymax lamps offer the optimum balance of UV and visible light for the fastest, deepest cures.
This medical device coating is in full compliance with the RoHS Directives 2015/863/EU.
